Ines Lechleitner (*1978 in Vienna) is an artist using a varity of mediums such as photography, performance, sound, video, sculpture, drawing and scent. Her research focuses on systems of nonverbal communication and aims for situations of interdisciplinary dialogue.

She was a researcher at the Jan Van Eyck Academy in Maastricht (NL) and studied in the ENSBA in Paris (FR) and NSCAD in Halifax(CA).
She has been teaching at the Sheffield Art Institute, University of Freiburg, University for music and performing arts Vienna, Karlsruhe university of art and design (HfG) and currently holds a guest professorship at the Muthesius art academy in Kiel.
